海外事业部高级销售经理 - 家电模具业务
Senior Sales Manager - Overseas Business Division (Home Appliance Molds)
岗位职责/Job Responsibilities:
负责全球家电模具市场的业务开发,制定销售策略并完成业绩目标。
Develop and execute sales strategies for global home appliance mold market to achieve sales targets.
开拓并维护海外客户关系,重点跟进欧美、东南亚等关键市场。
Identify and maintain relationships with overseas clients, focusing on key markets (e.g., Europe, Americas, Southeast Asia).
主导商务谈判、合同签订及订单交付全流程管理,确保项目顺利执行。
Lead commercial negotiations, contract signing, and order fulfillment to ensure project execution.
负责应收账款管理,确保按时回款,控制财务风险。
Manage accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and mitigate financial risks.
协调技术、生产及物流团队,为客户提供专业解决方案及售后服务。
Collaborate with technical, production, and logistics teams to deliver solutions and after-sales support.
收集市场动态与竞争对手信息,定期提交分析报告。
Monitor market trends and competitors, providing regular analysis reports.
任职要求/Qualifications:
本科及以上学历,机械、国际贸易或相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.
5年以上海外模具/家电行业销售经验,有成熟客户资源者优先。
5+ years of overseas sales experience in molds/home appliances; existing client resources preferred.
出色的商务谈判能力及跨文化沟通技巧,英语流利(需为工作语言)。
Strong negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills; fluent in English (working language).
能适应高频海外出差。
Willing to travel frequently internationally.
