高级结构研发工程师

－ Responsible for Telecom fiber products and hybrid cable assembly (fiber & power) products.

－ Work closely with PM/customer to get and clear VOC, make engineering evaluation/proposal to customer.

－ Lead projects to complete on time/quality/budget, lead project meeting with PMO to review through every gate.

－ Technical support to PM/customer/plant, conduct necessary engineering analysis.

－ Design cable assembly and related products.

－ Lead Junior engineer for technical issue proposal.

－ Lead cost reduction projects to meet company goal.

－ Complete other works assigned by manager.

Skills:

－ Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related major.

－ 10+ work experience in Fiber optical is preferred, structured cabling, wireless, electronics able assembly would be applicable.

－ Capable of using Design Software (CREO/Solidworks/AutoCAD)

－ Position is highly technical, requires an individual to work independently.

－ Basic knowledge in manufacturing process (Stamping, plating, cable, especially injection molding, etc.)

－ Knowledge of raw material(plastic/metal) properties and related industrial standard.

－ Familiar with tools GD&T, FEMA, 6sigma will be a plus.

－ Experience in reliability testing is desirable.

－ Demonstrated ability to benchmark competition and identify opportunities to differentiate designs preferred.

－ Good teamwork and communication skills.

－ Good English skills (Oral/Reading/Written) are required.

责任：

－ 负责电信光纤产品和混合电缆组件（光纤和电源）产品。

－ 领导降低成本的项目以实现公司目标。

－ 完成经理交办的其他工作。

技能：

－ 机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

－ 10+ 光纤工作经验者优先，结构化布线、无线、电子组装适用。

－ 能够使用设计软件 （CREO/Solidworks/AutoCAD）

－ 职位技术含量很高，需要个人独立工作。

－ 制造工艺的基本知识（冲压、电镀、电缆，尤其是注塑成型等）

－ 了解原材料（塑料/金属）特性和相关行业标准。

－ 熟悉 GD&T、FEMA、6sigma 工具者优先。

－ 有可靠性测试经验者优先。

－ 表现出对竞争对手进行基准测试和发现差异化设计的机会的能力。

－ 良好的团队合作和沟通能力。

－ 需要良好的英语技能（口语/阅读/书面）。
