* Overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align

with organizational goals.

* Providing advice on the most suitable IT choices

* Providing technical support to the organization

* Coordinating the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware

and software systems.

* Coordinating with different departments to understand their technology

requirements and implementing solutions accordingly.

* Collaborate with vendors for IT-related purchases and services. Define,

implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for efficient support,

assistance and self-service are in place.

* Make necessary arrangements with external providers and suppliers to ensure

availability of correct technology for user support.

* Make sure correct training and technology instructions are in place and up

to date to enable efficient operations.

* Conduct trainings when applicable

* Work with support cases ensuring good communication and information flow

* Take measures to follow-up, escalate and resolve or complex support cases

Desirable experience & qualifications 任职要求

Education and Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.

* Proven experience in IT coordination or a similar role.

* Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems.

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Familiarity with data security best practices.

* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.

* Solid team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

with internal and external team

* Experience within the profession, 2-5 years
