Job Description :

Perform source inspection and process witnessing on iron casting parts and ensure all parts are conformed to customer requirements and specifications. .

Review all the shipping documentation and ensure they meet the customer requirements.

Identify and document any non-conformance

Qualifications:

The candidate has:

Minimum 5+ years relevant inspection experience.

Familiar with below witnessing points.

A) Pouring

B) Marking/Demoulding

C) Heat treatment / Removal of the integral test block for

3.2 certificate

D) Raw casting inspection (visual + check the 3D scanning + manually dimensional control + hydraulic verification excel attached + dye penetrant test 100% accessible areas)

E) Final machining inspection (visual + dimensional control (check CMM report) + dye penetrant test machined surfaces.

Other Qualifications: MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) Computer proficiency is required, team-minded, communicative, being proactive

Experience with reviewing shipping documentation

Must be fluent in English (writen and speaking)
