职位描述

岗位职责:
1. Agrees with the Area Sales Manager on the commercial policy for the respective market.
确保所负责区域的商业政策与区域销售经理保持一致
2. Checks the trend of sales results within the budget, intervening when deviations occur and drawing up the respective reports.
关注销售业绩趋势,分析业绩偏差,完成相应的销售报告
3. Keeps distributors and/or agents constantly updated concerning company commercial policies.
及时向经销商或代理商更新公司商业政策
4. Gives the Company all the news relating to the market and competitors.
向公司提供有关市场和竞争竞争对手的情况
5. Proposes company strategies and changes in the sales structure according to market developments.
根据市场发展情况,向公司提供销售策略和销售组织的建议
6. Organize periodic meetings with distributors and/or agents.
定期组织与经销商或代理商会议
7. Collaborates with Marketing in the implementation of promotion campaigns.
同市场部门合作开展促销活动
8. Prepare and participate exhibitions
参与展会准备
9. Ensure daily activity on customers visit.

10. Any other assignment from the management
