Process Quality Engineer

About the Role:

As our Process Quality Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You'll lead the charge in analyzing and resolving quality issues during mass production and post-sales, working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers. Your expertise will help us optimize manufacturing processes, implement robust Quality Control Plans (QCPs) based on PFMEA, and use data to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Lead root cause analysis (using 8D, 5Why) for production and post-sales quality issues.

Develop, implement, and monitor effective QCPs.

Collect, analyze, and report on process and quality data using tools like Minitab or Excel.

Design, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, identifying risks via PFMEA.

Support the transition from prototype to mass production.

Create process documentation (SOPs, Control Plans) and train teams.

Collaborate internationally with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.

Who We're Looking For:

Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related).

Has at least 5 years of experience in process development, quality control, or production management, ideally in consumer electronics or mobile accessories.

Proficient in PFMEA, QCP development, 8D, 5Why, control charts, and ISO

9001.

Strong data analysis skills (Minitab, Excel).

Excellent problem-solver with great attention to detail.

Fluent in technical English for seamless global communication.
