采购专员

1. Procurement of operational services by feeder, terminal, depot, trucking and warehousing in China and Southeast Asia coverage.

2. Implement procurement process in accordance with company’s requirements, including but not limited to tender preparation, sourcing analytics, rate negotiations, contracting and documentation, and fulfillment delivery.

3. Vendor management. Maintain access to vendor capacities, conduct communications with vendors, and monitor vendor performance.

4. Contribute in the framework of improving cost efficiency and bottom-line results.

5. Assistance to management in current projects.

核心职责:

1. 在中国及东南亚区域，采购驳船，码头，堆场，拖车，仓库等服务。(包括但不限于和船码头或物流相关的其他服务)

2. 严格按照公司规定执行采购流程，包括但不限于合约准备，业态分析，价格谈判，合同签订和文档归存，以及履约交付等。

3. 供应商管理：建立和维护供应商资源，保持日常沟通，评估供应商的绩效表现。

4. 致力于改善成本效率和成本优化。（成本优先）

5. 协助现有项目及领导安排的其他工作任务等。

Required experience & skills

1. Higher education ( bachelor degree or above)

2. Advanced English and Chinese, Russian is a plus (written and oral)

3. Relevant experience (2-4 years working experience in procurement, shipping and logistics industry is preferred.)
