物流主管

主要职责The main missions of the role are:

1.保证发货。Ensure the customer delivery.

2.物料的管理及控制。Feed sequencer and monitor it.

3.成品装货及运输的管理。Supervise preparation and the loading of finished products in trucks.

4.确保生产线的正常运行。Ensure supplies of production lines.

5.保证库区的清洁、整洁。Ensure the cleanness and tidiness of stocking areas.

6.确保生产现场的及时上料。Ensure production lines feeding.

7.卸货的管理及供应商MPM的衡量。Supervise the unloading of pieces and measure suppliers MPM.

8.培训员工技能达标，并持续确保标准化的执行，定期评审各工位标准化的执行情况。Train employee skill qualified,ensure SW running on shopfloor continuously, and audit each station by certain frequency.

9.制定盘点计划和盘点方法，协调盘点工作与日常循环盘点工作及临时的盘点工作。Prepare stock take schedule and method, coordinate physical stock take, daily cycle counting and any occasional stock take.

10.确定仓库的存储空间与面积、合理定置库存物料:建立合理的存货分类方法并科学地摆放存储物资。

Confirmmaterial storage space and size, locate.

11.负责属下员工管理。Be responsible for employees' management.

12.可视化管理系统的控制:如，先进先出看板的管理。Monitor visual management system: deploy visual FIFO (*** in *** Out).

13.SAP系统相关权限。Responsible for SAP system related rights.

14.以佛吉亚的道德规范和管理规范为基本商业行为准则和道德及管理指南约束自身及合作伙伴。The Code of Ethics and The Code of Management are the fundamental rules of business conduct and ethica & management guidelines applicable to all Faurecia employees and partners.
