Job Description:
1. Review fapiaos provided by clients monthly, conduct accounting entries, complete bookkeeping, original vouchers binding in time
1. 每月审核客户提供的发票,进行会计分录,完成记账,及时装订原始凭证
2. Prepare monthly financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, bank reconciliation, payables, expenses, etc.) within the deadline
2. 在规定期限内出具月度财务报告,包括资产负债表、损益表、银行对账、应付账款、费用等)
3. Tax computation, and tax filling including IIT, VAT ,BT, CIT and VAT refund for clients before deadline
3. 在限期前为客户计税、报税,包括IIT、VAT、BT、CIT、VAT退税
4. Provide counseling to clients with basic accounting, finance enquiries.
4. 为客户提供基本的会计、财务方面的咨询
5. Cashier work including payments arrangement, fapiaos collection, fapiaos issuance, fapiaos certification, foreign income declaration, capital entry, capital conversion
5. 出纳工作,包括申领发票、开具发票、发票认证、境外收入申报、资本金入账、资本金结汇
6. Monthly compensation calculation and distribution
6. 月度薪酬的计算与发放
7. Execution of various things for corporate setup, closing and transformation of some status and etc.
7. 公司设立、关闭和状态变更等各项事务的执行
8. Assist with annual audit mission assigned by seniors
8. 协助审计师完成年度审计报告
9. Cooperate with CPA firms for annual audit and evaluation for clients independently
9. 与会计师事务所合作,独立为客户进行年度审计和评估
10. Other tasks assigned by supervisors
10. 上级交代的其他工作
HARD SKILLS:
- Good knowledge of China GL accounting, PRC tax compliance
- 熟悉中国的会计准则,中国税法
- Command of accounting software or ERP,
- 熟悉会计软件或者EPR的应用
- MS Office proficiency,
- 熟悉微软办公软件
- Experience in accounting with foreign invested companies will be a plus
- 有外资公司会计经验者优先
- Able to speak and read and write French or English better
- 能够说、读写英语或者法语,更佳

Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve priority conflicts in a timely manner with critical thinking.
能够通过判断性思维及时处理多项任务并解决优先级冲突
Excellent presentation, attention to details, prudent, curious, flexible, patient with good communication skills and customer service consciousness.
