4. 任务及活动 Task and Activities

a. 建立、维护和完善汽车密封条产品的标准成本核算体系（BOM成本、工时费率、模具工装、设备资产投资、制造费用分摊等）。

Establish, maintain and improve the standard cost accounting system for automotive sealing (including BOM cost, labor rate, mold and tooling, equipment asset investment, manufacturing cost allocation, etc.).

b. 负责中国区所有RFQ的成本核算工作，对新项目和新产品的成本核算与报价支持，参与前期成本评估，提供具有竞争力的成本数据。

Responsible for the China region all new RFQ’s costing job. providing cost calculation and quotation support for new projects and new products, participating in the preliminary cost assessment, and providing competitive cost data.

c. 精确核算实际生产成本，进行标准成本与实际成本的差异分析，并深入挖掘差异根源。

Accurately calculate the actual production costs, conduct a variance analysis between standard costs and actual costs, and deeply explore the root causes of the variances.

d. 协助定期更新全球工厂和本地物料、工装模具、固定资产投资成本的数据库。

Assist in regularly updating the databases of global factories, local materials, tooling molds, and fixed asset investment costs.

e. 了解集团的降本增效（VAVE）项目，从成本角度评估工艺改进、材料替代、设计方案优化对成本的影响。

Understand the cost reduction and efficiency improvement (VAVE) projects of the group, and assess the impact of process improvements, material substitutions, and design scheme optimizations on costs from a cost perspective.

f. 熟悉密封条行业的密炼、挤出、切割、接角、喷涂、植绒等关键工艺流程，还有其他辅助的工序，确保成本数据的准确性和合理性。

Have a thorough understanding of the key process in the sealing, such as mixing, extrusion, cutting, injection, coating, and flocking, as well as other auxiliary processes, to ensure the accuracy and rationality of the cost data.

g. 与公司其他部门紧密协作，收集和核实成本相关数据（人工、CT、制造工序等）。

Work closely with other departments of the company to collect and verify cost related data (such as labor, CT, manufacturing processes, etc.).

h. 定期与集团成本部门汇报相关报价工作。

Regularly report the relevant quotations to the group's cost department.

5. 技能要求 Function Requirement

a. 本科及以上学历。

Bachelor degree or above.

b. 3年及以上制造行业制造过程相关岗位工作经历，具备汽车零部件行业（尤其是密封条、橡胶、塑料制品）经验者优先。

At least 3 years of work experience in manufacturing related positions in the industry. Candidates with experience in the automotive parts industry (especially in sealing, rubber, and plastic products) will be given priority.

c. 英语听、说、读、写良好。

Good English listening , speaking ,reading ,writing.

d. 熟悉制造业生产工艺流程，能读懂产品BOM表和图纸。

Familiar with the process flow of the manufacturing industry, and able to understand the product BOM and drawings..

e. 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其是Excel的使用（数据透视表、VLOOKUP、IF函数等工具），能进行复杂的数据处理和分析。

Proficient in using Office software, particularly Excel (such as data pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and IF functions), capable of conducting complex data processing and analysis.

f. 良好的沟通协调能力，能够与不同部门进行有效合作。

Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of effectively collaborating with different departments.

g. 严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的职业道德和保密意识。

Rigorous and meticulous, with strong sense of responsibility, with excellent professional ethics and a strong sense of confidentiality.
