POSITION SUMMARY:
1. This Position responsible to all Accessories and Footwear buy placement (upcharge/agreed AC confirmation for PO creation), PO management.
2. Need make sure SAP/ GTN WIP/GTN PO data all correct, and update in time with high quality.
3. Monitoring factory’s production and shipment schedule to prevent last minute delay escalation.
4. Communicate with respective markets in time for the shipment impact. Work with Material and QA team for problem solving solutions. Monthly meeting with AMS/respective market for region production/ shipment update.
5. Responsible for sourcing and developing packing material as market requests and aligning with PVH sustainable strategy.
6. Need to manage all markets’ packing instructions and new factory training for specific brand as required.
7. Update management weekly On Time Performance, provide improve direction.
8. Collaborate with internal team and factory for improvement to meeting the on-time goal.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Verify & validate factory’s weekly production schedule WIP
- Ensure factory update WIP weekly
- Verify the unreasonable plan with factory and make correction.
- Share factory’s production plan with station QA and QA manager.
- If any potential schedule issue needs to call out to Amsterdam/Market operation team. At the same time need to work with the factory together and give respective markets updated solutions.
2. Track the Commercialization schedule with internal team and factory
- If anything affect production schedule and AC date will need call out to respective markets
- Work together factory and internal team to solve the problem or call out new AC date.
3. Track factory's material purchasing schedule
- Check with factory for production material status according to the production plan.
- Work with L1/ L2 supplier directly if any material delay.
- Work with raw material team if any material quality problem which may affect production schedule.
- Inform respective markets if there is any impact.
4. Monitor factory’s shipment and booking schedule according to the 21 days rules.
- Monitor factory booking schedule.
- Coordinate booking issue with factory and Central team/Amsterdam Operations team.
- Escalate and collaborate with Central Inbound for speed shipment process.
5. PO management, update new AC date & correct delay reason into SAP after confirmation with Amsterdam team.
- Make sure SAP/GTN/WIP have the update and correct data (very important).
- Make sure the system reflects actual shipment status.
6. Assist factory to verify shipping document issue, and help factory to tracking the overdue Payment.
7. Communicate with respective markets for above point 1-6 in time and make sure we bring transparent information.
8. Source and develop new packing materials
- Align PVH sustainable strategy, make sure all materials meet sustainable requirement.
- Provide ideas for innovation and cost saving from packing area.
- Update packing instruction and update to internal and related factory
- Training factory
9. Standardize data maintenance process and monitory system update quality and timing.
10. Weekly on time performance and delay reason analysis to management.
11. Perform other duties assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education & Experience:
- Associate degree or above.
- At least 5 years of working experience in production/shipping in related industry preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Positive thinking and passionate
- Good at counting, able to create and execute plan according to season goal
