1、On the support from site manager to organize and execute the professional fixing and improvement in electrical aspect (including special equipment management).

在设施经理的支持下，出色地组织并执行在电力方面的维修及改进工作；

2、Think about the current situation of electrical facility, find and dispel with potential risks efficiently（Caused with spare-parts, maintenance and operation）；

预见性地考虑电力设备现状，有效地发现并消除潜在的风险（由于备件，维修和操作造成的）；

3、Set up , implement and optimize the PM in electrical aspect(especially to set up and implement integrity plan in electrical aspect);

建立，实施并不断优化电力方面的预防维修工作（特别是完整性计划的建立和执行）。

4、Arrange technical study to develop the ability of relative maintenance persons in electrical aspect；

有效安排相关维修电工的电力方面的培训并逐步提高他们的能力;

5、Develop teamwork within plant to fulfill all job fluency;

在部门内及工厂中进行有效协作，实现工作的流畅；

6、Make the objective technology report after job finishing(Especially for malfunction aspect);

工作完工后，形成客观的技术报告（特别是故障管理方面）；

7、Set up patrol standard in electricity aspect and involved in daily rounds-inspection, to find problem timely;

建立电力方面的巡检标准，认真进行巡检工作，及时发现问题隐患；

8、Responsible for MTBF/MTTR statistic(In the future);

负责设备运行标准时间/维修标准时间的统计（未来）

9、Comply with HSE of the company，implement work permit system, on the requirement of authorized person in WP procedure to ensure all activities must be in accordance with safety rules.

遵守公司HSE规章和制度。作为安全程序中的授权人必须执行公司的安全许可证制度，确保所有检修活动符合公司的安全规定。

10、Analyse technical data and work out related plan for optimization and improvement.

Qualification and requirement 资历要求

1、Bachelor's degree, majoring in electrical engineering

全日制本科以上学历电气专业。

2、5 years service working experience in electricity

5年以上电力维修管理和实际工作经验。

3、Good English writing skill and general oral skill.

良好的英语书写能力和一般的英语口语能力。
