QC工程师

1. 负责客户相关质量管理体系的设计、改进与实施； Responsible for the design, improvement and implementation of customer related quality management system;

2. 负责生产过程中的品质控制、过程控制和失效分析；Responsible for quality control, process control and failure analysis in the production process;

3. 拜访客户，了解客户需求，参与产品的设计和开发过程中，进行质量要求和标准的评估和制定； Visit customers, understand customer needs, participate in product design and development process, evaluate and formulate quality requirements and standards;

4. 跟踪产品的生产过程，管控产品变化，确保产品符合标准要求；Track the production process of the product, control product changes, and ensure that the product meets the standard requirements;

5.跟踪和分析产品使用过程中的质量问题，对产品质量提出改进建议，以确保产品质量水平的持续提升和市场竞争力的增强；Track and analyze the quality problems during the use of products, and put forward suggestions for the improvement of product quality to ensure the continuous improvement of product quality and the enhancement of market competitiveness;

6. 客户投诉和索赔的对接，推动内部调查、原因分析和措施改善；Connect customer complaints and claims, promote internal investigation, cause analysis and measure improvement;

7.组织CCR调查和8D报告的编制；Organize the preparation of CCR survey and 8D report;

8.参与内部技术工艺的讨论； Participate in internal technical process discussion;

9. 负责维护公司品牌形象，协助公司建立和维护长期的合作关系，以确保公司在行业中的优势地位；Responsible for maintaining the company's brand image, assisting the company to establish and maintain long-term cooperative relations to ensure the company's dominant position in the industry;

10.完成领导安排的其他临时工作 。 Complete other temporary work arranged by the leader.
