Assist PO technical service manager to ensure SECCO PO technical service activities complying with national laws, regulations and SECCO HSSE requirements.

为赛科100万吨聚烯烃产品提供技术市场支持和产品支持。

Provide technical support and product support for one million tons of SECCO PO products.

协助开发并实施用于HSSE、 团队业绩、竞争性研究、投诉处理、产品管理以及在所有其它的技术服务工作领域的计划。

Assist in developing and implementing the plans for HSSE, team performance, competitiveness study, complaint handling, product management, and all other areas of technical service work.

持续经常的访问客户以促销赛科的产品，定义客户的要求，懂得市场情况并按照要求培训客户，力争与聚烯烃客户保持良好的关系。

Visit customers regularly and constantly to promote SECCO products, define the requirements of customers, understand the market situation and train customers in accordance with the requirements. Strive to maintain good relationship with PO customers.

参与客户投诉的处理，为客户提供增值服务。

Participate in customer complaint handling, and provide value-added services to customers.

收集市场信息，参与聚烯烃产品改进（产品安全）和新产品开发，并为实验室和生产团队提供信息和方向。

Collect market information, participate in PO product improvement (product safety) and new product development, and provide information and direction for laboratory and production team.

参与和生产、实验室以及其它团队的沟通交流，提供所需要的技术支持和专业知识。

Participate in the communication with production, laboratory and other teams, and provide the necessary technical support and expertise.

协同实验室技术服务人员共同建立产品技术和安全资料数据库。

Collaborate with laboratory technical service personnel to establish databases of product technical and safety (MSDAs) information together.

及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。

Complete other jobs assigned by superior manager timely.

任职要求:

本科及以上学历，化学、化工或者聚合物专业。

Bachelor degree or above with major in chemistry, chemical engineering or polymer.

5年及以上工作经验，有塑料加工、石化工作经验优先，了解聚烯烃生产工艺更佳。

5 years or above working experience, with a plastic processing, petrochemical work experience is preferred, understanding PO production process will be an advantage.

有高度进取心，能主动和独立开展工作。

Highly motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working dependently.

良好的人际交流技能，有团队精神和能与客户沟通协作。

Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team and interface with customers.

能承受压力，按时完成任务。

Able to work under pressure to deliver tasks on time.

流利的英语听说和书写能力。

Fluent in both verbal and written English.

熟练操作电脑办公应用软件（EXCEL， WORD及POWERPOINT等）。

A skilful user of PC office applications (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, etc.).

愿意在全国范围内经常出差。

Willing to travel frequently within the country.
