Project Manager

1、Develop supply chain solutions for complex packaging products in a variety of industries using multiple partners to create combined solutions.

2、Develop RFQs for competitive bidding, conduct price negotiations, and determine best final solution set for customer. Improve supplier relationships and manage the whole project from costing to shipping.

3、Participate with multiple stakeholders globally to help bring an idea from conceptual enquiry to a real and actionable production specification that still meet or exceed customer requirements. Manage entire project from costing to shipping and follow-up.

4、Facilitate new supplier development, new material sourcing, sampling and prototyping, testing and keep customer informed throughout process until delivery.

5、Ensure suppliers meet all service, quality and risk management requirements and manage corrective actions, supplier performance improvement / recovery plans. Seek to improve overall supplier relationships.

6、Actively seek cost reduction opportunities & initiatives.

7、Manage and execute strategic sourcing and supply management activities for regional/global category which are sourced from Asia.

8、Report weekly to the management the status of all the projects that under your responsibility.

Specific Job Skills:

1、Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

2、Strong oral and written communication skills, with patience and creativity to communicate complex topics in English to teams in the USA and Europe.

3、Strong organizational, analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

4、Quick and eager learner.

5、Ability to develop rapport and cultivate positive relationships with local co-workers as well as those with a different cultural background.

6、Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust to shifting priorities.

7、Bachelor’s degree or above.

8、Relevant sourcing experience in multi-national companies, project sourcing experience is a plus.

9、Ability to build new solutions pulling from multiple ideas and sources.

10、Experience with international shipping and logistics a strong plus.
