职位描述

Main Responsibilities 岗位职责
1. Execute the purchase plan, execute the specific purchase task according to the plan requirement issued by the planning department, and carry out the purchase operation according to the company's regulations and procedures;
2. Supplier communication, daily communication and coordination with suppliers, to ensure the smooth progress of procurement; Deal with supplier's quotation, inquiry and order confirmation.
3. Order MANAGEMENT, MAKE and manage purchase orders, ensure the accuracy of order information, track the delivery progress of order, ensure the delivery on time.
4. Material MANAGEMENT, follow up the material acceptance, warehousing, solve the material quality and quantity problems.
5. Market research, conducting market research, collecting and analyzing market information, understanding market dynamics, providing market price and supplier information, and providing support for purchasing decisions;
6. Record and report, maintain purchase records and documentation, ensure data integrity and accuracy;
7. Support company service work, contract signing;
8. Purchase of spare parts for office supplies
Job Requirements
1. College degree
2. At least 3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the food industry
3. Proficient in using office software, ERP system, etc., and familiar with procurement process
4. Careful, responsible, team-spirited and good professional ethics
5. Fluency in written and spoken English is a plus
