1.Continuously optimize bore polishing processes to enhance efficiency and yield.

持续优化孔抛光工艺，提升生产效率和产品良率。

2.Monitor and improve CTP/CTQ to ensure product quality meets customer standards.

监控并改进CTP/CTQ（关键工艺参数/关键质量特性），确保产品质量满足客户要求。

3.Drive smart manufacturing technology adoption to elevate automation and intelligence.

推动智能制造技术在生产中的应用，提升生产线的自动化与智能化水平。

4.Lead projects to timely and quality completion.

领导或参与项目，确保项目按时、按质完成。

5.NPI Support: Provide technical support during NPI for smooth mass production.

在新产品导入阶段提供技术支持，确保新工艺流程的稳定性和高效性，支持新产品的顺利量产。

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree and above in mechanical and automation, 5 years or above related experience.

机械及自动化专业本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；

2.Process control and statistics knowledge.6 sigma green belt is preferred, know ISO9000.

具有过程控制和统计知识，了解6西格玛等数据统计及分析方法，了解ISO9000体系；

3. 6 sigma green belt is preferred

4. Skillful in written English, fluent speaking is preferred.

具有良好的英语沟通能力；

4. Good communication skills with internal and external team.
