1. Warehouse operation and routines

(i)Conduct warehouse routines and monitor all operations in all warehouse area;

(ii)Monitor all materials/finish goods recieving/distributing/storing activities;

(iii)Solve the key problems such as emergence materials revieving or distributing;

in order to ensure materials and finish goods efficiently match production requirement;

(iv)Provide documents and participate in internal and external audit in ordr to make sure the audit go smoothly;

2. Policy and procedure

Review and update department related policies, procedures, instruction and implement company's policies in order to insure department's work compliance with company's direction and decision.

3. People management

Allocate tasks to subordinates, Training and motivating warehouse employees ,dealing with functional/human resource issues in order to achieve department's targets."

4. SAP WM module management

Follow up and monitor all wm transactions in system and approved FDD in order to insure SAP wm module operation efficiency.

5. Scrap material management

Monitor scrap material handling process and correct procedure when needed in order to insure scrap material recall and sell under control .

Key Qualifications:

61 7 years warehouse experience including 3 years MNC warehouse management experience focusing on operation improvement.

61 Good communication, proactive to figure out improvement opportunities.

61 Background could be supervisor(lead a team) or sr analyst(individual contributor).

61 EHS knowledge.

61 SAP user.

61 Able to speak English, fluent will be plus.
