Project Manager

1. Be responsible for establishing project team member and starting kick off meeting after sales get new project nomination;

销售拿到新项目后，负责建立项目小组成员并召开启动会；

2. Be responsible for allocating project resources, coordinating project management and product development progress;

负责分配项目资源，统筹项目管理以及产品开发进程；

3. Make sure the parts timing to fit project timing;

确保产品进度满足整个项目进度要求；

4. Be responsible for tracking and controlling project costs within a certain budget;

负责跟踪并控制项目成本在一定的预算内；

5. Keep relationships with the customers, develop and capture new projects from the current cus-tomers;

保持和现有客户的关系，开发并获取新产品的应用和项目；

6. As the bridge between Customer and designer, supporting designer to optimize the part;

是设计师与客户之间的桥梁，支持设计师优化产品；

7. Support to get part release from customer;

支持客户的产品认可；

8. CIP according to Matikon process system;

根据曼提科流程体系提出CIP；

9. Finishing other work required by the supervisor.

完成上级领导临时交办的其它合理工作。

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/岗位资格要求

1. Education background and working experience:

教育背景与工作经历：

Bachelor's degree or above;

本科学历或以上；

1,More than 5 years experience, 2 years experience in project management in automotive in-dustry;

2,Has full experience for OEM Project as Tier1（experience in local OEM，like Geely ，BYD, SAIC...)具有丰富的 Tier1 OEM 项目经验（具有本地 OEM 经验，如吉利、比亚迪、上汽......）;

2,Has full experience in plastic industry/process;拥有塑料行业/工艺方面的丰富经验

3，Good read and written English;

良好的读写能力；

3，positive ,optimistic and flexible.

4,. Skill/技能:

Mastery office software;

掌握office办公软件的应用；

5,Able to work under pressure and business travel.

可承受一定的工作压力并能适应出差。

6. Mastery knowledge: QA aim& policy; company aim & philosophy; basic knowledge of Quality and Environment management system.

掌握知识：质量方针目标;公司目标和纲领; 公司质量和环境管理体系基本知识。

7. Quality System/质量体系要求：

Be familiar with IATF16949 and ISO14001.

熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系及ISO14001环境管理体系。
