3, Analyze warranty cost (warranty , rework , poor quality) Analyze supply chain (Frozen cost /period cost)（分析质保成本，包括质保金，返修及低质成本；分析供应链成本，包括标准采购成本及实际加权成本）

4, Do management report (inventory report，consumption report，overhead report，HR report, Revenue and cost Report)（准备管理报表，包括库存、制造成本，管理费用，人工成本及主营业务成本）

5, PI analysis and put in system（系统中创建投资项目并跟踪与分析）

6, Assistant and preparation of yearly budget（协助年度预算）

C. Inventory / Production business（库存及生产业务管理）

1, Check and review inventory transaction（检查库存交易记录）

2, Try to do find and conciliate the discrepancy between balance sheet and sub inventory（核对资产负债表库存科目与库存明细表总额差异并做相应调整以使两者保持一致）

3, Check and review special inventory(TI, Customer, Distin, RMA，SPG )（检查特殊库存，包括寄售商品, 免费维修件,销售退回库存及客户退回问题件)

4, Follow up the WIP status（跟踪在制品状态）

5, Inactive material analyze with Planning and warehouse（与计划及采购分析低周转库存并及时处理）

6, Inventory physical check yearly（组织年终库存盘点）

D: AP Invoice(AP发票)

1, Entered invoice that related the PO(录入与生产相关所有采购发票)

2, Check related VAT in(检查录入相关发票VAT IN)

E: Other（其他）

1, The other works arranged by manager（完成经理交代的其他任务）

2, Internal controlling and auditing for entity in total as well as different Business Units within the entity, optimize system and process of production Internal control（工厂内部总成本管控，含各业务部门-模具、机器、售后；优化系统设置及生产流程内部控制）

Qualifications (Education, Knowledge & Skills, Experience, Personal Characteristics, Special Needs):

Essential / Required:

岗位所需技能（教育，知识，技能，经验，个性，特殊需求等）

College or above in accounting（大专及以上会计学专业）

At least 3-5 years experience in foreign investment company（至少2-3年外企工厂工作经验）

Every familiar with policy and procedures of Finance（熟悉财务流程及政策）

Fluent English in written and oral.（英语书写及口语流利）

Patient, honest, well-organized, details-oriented, highly responsible, teamwork spirit and good communication skill（耐心，诚实，有条理，求细节，负责，团队精神及良好的沟通能力）
