- Control the process flow charts of supplier;

- Evaluate PFMEA supplier; Request and evaluate control plan from supplier;

- Coordinate control plan with supplier: Inspection characteristics, methods, frequencies, archiving on purchased parts (single part/component/module), to ensure the required quality of parts within the different stages, as well as in the series

- Control MSA/gauge R&R of supplier

- Archiving of sampling document in SAP

- Archiving of purchasing parts

- Ensure quality of supplier in the series. Provide operative data for quality performance supplier

- Handle supplier q-claims, If necessary, lock goods (not ok) at goods receipt. Communicate claims to supplier, if necessary, initiate immediate actions; Demand & close 8D from supplier. If necessary, escalation to supplier management acc. to valid model

- Manage internal Q-control station (line): If necessary initiate immediate actions. Evaluate & prepare error data. Compare error data with threshold values. If necessary, detect causing area and trigger error (GPQ). Monitor error correction. Close error message.

- Coordination delivery protocol for parts in pre-series & series

- Coordination of boundary and reference samples, testing equipment

- Pursue schedule of sampling process until it is finished (in necessary escalation through project purchasing)

- View sampling documents as to completeness and correctness

- Cross-check initial sample parts

- Make decision of approval status (supplier PPAP); Inform project team and supplier of result; If necessary initiate and pursue subsequent sampling

- Other assigned tasks.

Job Specification / required skills:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanics;

- Minimum 5 years working experience on quality especially in automotive interior or exterior company with at least 3years supplier management experience;

- Solid knowledge in related technologies (plastic/rubber injection, plating, electrical welding, etc);

- Solid knowledge in quality control and quality planning, familiar with quality tools and TS;

- Solid knowledge in GD&T and gauge is required;

- Good oral and written English;

- Good communication skill and team player;

- Be able to work independently and proactive;
