模具维修工

1. 维护和保养日常生产中的模具，确保模具正常运行，以满足日常生产要求；

Maintenance and repair mould in daily production, ensure the smooth operation of mould to satisfy the daily production needs

2. 当模具有问题时能够做出合理的判断并提出维修方案以及能够进行合理的维修；

Make sound judge when problem of mould occur ,summit repair solution , make appropriate repair in a timely manner

3. 制作技术部试样及生产部批量生产所需装夹冶具及模具零部件；

Make test sample and Clamping fixture and mould spare parts for mass production

4. 服从模具维修工程师的安排，认真按时完成模具维修工作。

Supervised by mould maintenance engineer and complete mould repair on time

任职要求

1. 中专或技校以上学历，模具专业更佳；

Technical School graduate above, preferably major in Mould

2. 钳工中级证书，略懂英文；

Locksmith intermediate certificate, Basic English

3. 至少3年以上模具维修经验，有化妆品包装类产品模具维修经验的优先考虑；

At least 3 year mould maintenance experience, preferably for Cosmetic packaging

4. 能够熟练操作车床，磨床，冼床等加工设备；

proficiency in the operation of machine tool, grinder milling machine

5. 性格开朗，良好的沟通交流能力。

Outgoing, and good communication skill

6.有塑胶模经验优先考虑
