小学英语教师

1. This is a long-term private tutoring position. Provide one-on-one English tutoring to 3 children (each child receives individual sessions).

2. Deliver engaging lessons tailored to each child's age, proficiency level, and learning style.

3. Focus on developing the children's listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with special attention to oral fluency and vocabulary building.

4. Assign and review homework, reading, and practice exercises to reinforce learning outside of lessons.

5. Track each child's progress and provide regular feedback and learning reports to parents.

6. Cultivate a positive and encouraging learning environment to maintain children's interest and motivation.

Skills and Experience Required

1. Bachelor's degree or above. IELTS

7.0+ or TOEFL 95+ preferred (7.5+/105+ strongly preferred).

2. At least 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience with young learners (international school or overseas study a plus).

3. Patient, caring, and able to create a fun, encouraging learning atmosphere.

Salary & Benefits

1. 10k–12k/month + annual bonus (13 months pay), negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
