个人护理/清洁技术经理 / Technology Manager

1、负责个人护理和清洁产品的应用支持，产品范围主要为表面活性剂、油脂、乳化剂等。

Responsible for personal care and cleaning division’s application supporting, products include surfactants, oils, emulsifiers, polymers etc.

2、跟踪行业最新动态，进行市场调研，分析竞争对手产品，优化产品推广方向。

Monitor industry trends, conduct market research, analyze competitor products, define products promotion directions.

3、与市场部、销售部紧密合作，将技术优势转化为产品优势，推动业务进展。

Work closely with overseas Marketing and technical teams and domestic sales department to translate technological advantages into product strengths and support business development;

4、法规的相关事宜。

Registration, regulation affairs.

任职资格/Qualifications:

1、本科及以上学历，化学、化工、材料科学等相关专业。

Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or related fields.

2、5年以上个人护理、清洁产品行业相关工作经验，有表面活性剂、油脂，聚合物相关工作经验者优先。

More than 5 years of relevant work experience in the personal care and cleaning products industry, with experience in surfactants and oils preferred.

3、熟悉个人护理和清洁产品配方设计、原料性能、生产工艺等。

Familiar with personal care and cleaning product formulation design, raw material properties, production processes, etc.

4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神和领导能力。

Excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit and leadership skills.

5、英语听说读写流利，能够熟练阅读英文技术文献。

Fluent in English speaking, listening, reading and writing, and proficient in reading English technical literature.
