Senior Quality Engineer(高级品质工程师）

1、Acting as the primary quality training for IATF16949 five tools and development coach, providing quality tool and method and guidance for leading team quality improvement activities;

2、Manage and monitor product quality from new products to mass production including handling quarantine issues and customer complaints；

3、Define process control plans for the SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating, assembly areas and implementation plan；

4、Implement problem solving in systematic approach and processes Improvement；

5、Implement lean Six Sigma programs to systematically improve process capability；

6、Interfaces with project managers and design engineers to suggest product design changes；

7、Implement assigned Improvement Projects with an emphasis on manufacturing methods；

8、Conduct regular value stream reviews with team members to drive significant and measurable improvement；

9、Verify fixtures/tools such as SMT stencils, assembly jigs etc., according on IPC standards and product requirements；

10、Support the company's total quality management program in accordance with policies and procedures;

11、Other related tasks assigned by management.

Competencies 资格/能力:

1、Demonstrated ability to drive change and achieve results；

2、Strong analytical and quality skills；

3、 Bachelor in electronics/mechanical related discipline；

4、Have good leadership and excellent planning and project management skills；

5、Have the ability to successfully lead a team and teamwork skills such as Lean 6 sigma；

6、3 years experience in a Production Quality in electronics manufacturing industry；

7、Strong analytical, problem solving skills, such as: Cause and Effect, FMEA, DOE, Gage R&R, SPC,Kaizen, etc.
