战略采购工程师

1. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for localization and cost reduction of related commodities（wire mesh and some welding parts）

制定并执行相关产品（丝网，焊接件）的本地化和降低成本的战略采购任务

2. Search, develop, manage and maintain a qualified and potential supply base in China for assigned categories

为特定的产品类别在中国寻找、开发、管理和维护合格且有潜力的供应商

3. Follow up and complete the job of product localization, coordinate SQE, Engineering and supplier on local development of commodities

跟踪并高效完成产品本地化开发工作，协调工程，质量和供应商完成产品本地化工作

4. Monitor the trend of RM and maintain price in ERP system timely

监控市场原材料价格并完成系统价格定期维护

5. Evaluate supplier’s performance and take the correct action to improve.

评估供应商业绩并采取正确的措施来改善

6. Responsible for supplier contract negotiation, renew & update suppliers' agreements

负责供应商合同谈判，续订及更新

7. Follow up and execute design changes according to drawings or specification

根据图纸或说明书跟进及执行设计变更

8. Responsible for executing the entire sourcing process from supplier assessment, quote analysis, negotiation, supplier selection and approval, sample order, parts approval and serial production

负责执行完整的采购流程，从供应评估，报价分析，谈判，供应商选择和确认，样品定单，零部件确认到量产

9. Other relevant tasks maybe assigned by Supervisor or Company

公司及上级领导安排的其他相关工作

任职资格：

本科学历，机械工程，电气工程或其他相关专业

4年以上采购或供应商质量管理工作经验

具有丝网、焊接知识优先考虑

有供应商流程改进经验者优先

有畜牧设备行业工作经验者优先

语言水平：英语四级或以上

良好的英语沟通能力
