Job Description: Sales and Professional Services Job Purposes:

61 To promote and manage sales for seeds in China.

61 To provide customer service to the clients in China.

61 To handle logistical and administrative matters.

61 To provide professional services to the customers using an acquired knowledge and understanding of the agrotechnology behind the products, the conditions, and strategy of the company in China.

Responsibilities:

61 Execution of the company's marketing and sales strategy in China

61 Promoting sales of seeds products

61 Company liason for the seed distributors and seed importers

61 Recruiting new distributors

61 Overseeing of the supply chain from orders from the various distributors and until supply to end customers (growers)

61 Solving issues related to the supply chain through constant contact vis-a-vis the customers and the company.

61 Providing agronomical and professional services to the growers.

61 Representing company’s seeds product in agricultural forums and exhibitions

61 Providing monthly reports on sales and activities to the CEO and/or international sales manager overseas.

Academic, Trade, Work Experience Qualifications:

61 Agronomist. Work experience in agriculture preferably in floriculture

61 Experience in consulting growers

61 Experience in sales and marketing preferably in ornamental flowers in China

61 Work experience with foreign entities

61 Proficient in English - speaking and writing

61 Excellent communication skills

61 Capable of travel throughout China
