岗位职责
职位描述 Team and Role Introduction:
Founded in 2012, Lazada Group is the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities:
-负责集团海外站SEO（google/bing）整体优化，制定优化策略并推动各部分协同落地，为核心指标增长结果负责；
-负责公司网站站内外优化,包括但不限于关键词布局、网站架构、代码规范和外链建设；
-负责建设成熟的监控体系，对落地方案进行问题追踪，数据复盘和正向循环优化；
-负责项目对接、跟踪、落地执行、报表制作等；
任职要求
-3年以上谷歌SEO相关工作经验，，熟悉谷歌搜索引擎算法，精通google SEO优化，不限于黑帽白帽，并有成功案例；
-出色的逻辑思维能力和强数据驱动导向，同时具备良好的组织能力，沟通能力和协调能力；
-熟悉semrush/ahrefs/similarweb等网站分析工具；
-有海外SEO优化和跨语种SEO优化经验优先；
