MY JOB OBJECTIVE:

• Quality Management 品质管理

To continuously satisfy Decathlon customers and sports users by managing suppliers quality performance, improving suppliers autonomy level in quality system and production process. 通过管理供应商的质量管理表现，提升供应商的质量体系和工艺流程的自主性，从而持续确保产品 质量满足客户和运动爱好者的需求

• Industrialization Management产品工业化管理

Lead new product industrialization process from development to mass production, aiming to guarantee the reliability, stability and efficiency of new product launching. 管理新产品从0到1的工业化导入进程，确保新产品上市的可靠性、稳定性和高效。

MY KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality Management品质管理

• I monitor the quality performance and detect quality risks in my business scope.

我跟进我的供应商的质量表现，识别质量风险

• I analyze and evaluate the risks in my supplier. I implement appropriate actions accordingly.

我分析评估供应商的质量风险，并采取相应行动

• I solve the problems detected through quality related methodology.

我运用相关质量工具，发现根本原因，并提出解决方案

• I co-build and carry out quality control plan with my suppliers, I improve supplier’s stability and autonomy in quality system

我协同供应商建立和执行产品质量控制计划，并提升供应商在质量体系方面的稳定性和自主性

• I drive Quality Assessment in my supplier panel and promote self-assessments.

我推动供应商质量审核的顺利开展，并提高供应商的自评意识和能力

• I drive my suppliers toward sustainable performance excellence.

我推动供应商追求持续卓越的绩效表现

Industrialization Management产品工业化管理

• I implement and maintain the Decathlon product specification in my supplier and evaluate the process base on Decathlon production requirement.

我根据迪卡侬以及行业技术标准来确认供应商生产流程及相关技术要求。

• I co-work with Product Engineer, Production teams and Manufacturing suppliers to optimize production solutions and ensure the sustainable increase of productivity with the stable quality of products.

我协同产品工程师，工业生产团队及供应商来优化生产制造方案，以达到持续的量产增长，并且产品的品质是稳定的。

• I ensure the products can be successfully developed and duplicated in different suppliers with stable quality and productivity.

我负责产品在其他供应商成功复制并且稳定批量生产。

• I check the efficiency of a production line to optimize the cost and decrease lead time.

我评估并且改善供应商的生产效率，以达到成本最优化和缩短生产时间。

Skill & Experience

• Education background: Bachelor degree, prefer the majors are textile or material

• Language: English. French is a plus
