Review all POs sent to factory.

1- Make sure factory has noted final product detail confirmation to proceed with.

2- sometimes negotiate final price/moq/delivery date

3- Make sure outside fabric was ordered. Correct fabric/qty

4- Make sure factory test all fabrics and trims to lab

5- Monitor production statuses each week

6- Schedule inspection needed for special POs /Styles and coordinate schedules accordingly

7- Product photography. And send back to factory for shipping

8- push out pattern maker for more urgent PRO specks according to factory production schedule

9- arrange shipping booking with fowarder

d-Cotton Letters

e-Correct invoices/Totals with any added cost.

f-Correct packing list
