2. Optimize SAP, Sharepoint, Power BI, ARIBA etc. software for material and supplier data management

and analysis.

3. Support to optimize Purchasing process and rules, improve purchasing efficiency and accuracy.

4. Support to track and manage supplier quality performance, relevant Auditing preparation.

5. Support to ensure Global Buying Policy compliance and efficiency and effectiveness in RTP process;

6. Closely work with internal stakeholders as to manage supply assurance for consumables, materials, and

services;

7. Work with cross function team and build up solid supply base for material and services;

8. Plan and execute cost reduction projects as to continuously improve service, quality and total costs via

close collaboration with stakeholders;

9. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
