供应商质量审核工程师 SQE

This position is responsible for the auditing of raw material manufacturers in China, which includes working closely with them to improve their quality standards in line with the Company’s requirements.该职位负责对中国的原材料制造商进行审核，与他们密切合作，并根据公司的要求提高其质量标准。

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct on-site/remote audits to suppliers in China as per company’s request.

根据公司要求对中国供应商进行现场/远程审核。

2. Complete the audit report and share with team within the agreed time.

在规定的时间内完成审核报告并与团队分享。

3. Cooperate with suppliers to draw out corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) till all items resolved.

与供应商合作制定纠正和预防措施(CAPAs)直至所有问题得到解决。

4. Monitor supplier’s quality performance based on supplier on-site audit findings and quality issues in operations.

根据供应商现场审核发现和工厂的质量问题，监控供应商的质量绩效。

5. Provide Quality and HACCP trainings for suppliers to ensure that the raw and packaging materials, production process and products can meet company standards.

对供应商进行质量和HACCP培训，确保原料、包材、生产工艺和产品符合公司标准。

6. Drive continual quality improvement and build up a long-lasting strategic relationship with suppliers.

持续推动质量改进项目，并与供应商建立持久的战略伙伴关系。

7. Provide professional consulting for the whole Prinova group and have the ability to resolve quality complaints and disputes regarding supplier.

为整个集团提供专业咨询，有能力解决供应商的质量投诉和纠纷。

8. Maintain suppliers’ documentations and Materials Purchasing specification.

维护供应商文件和物料采购规格书。

9. Maintain the testing protocol of raw materials and release the raw materials in LMIS and QAD

维护原材料的检验方案，并在LMIS和QAD中对原材料进行扣留与放行。

10. Support on internal audit for Changzhou site.

支持常州工厂的内部审核。

11. Other responsibilities which related to raw material and supplier management.

其他与原材料和供应商管理相关的职责。

Competence Requirements:

1. At least Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences etc.

本科以上学历，食品科学，制药科学等专业。

2. At least 5 years audit and quality management experience in food manufacturing.

5年以上食品行业审核和质量管理经验。

3. Be familiar with the operation of HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP, FSSC 22000 and BRC.

4. Strong attention to detail, Excellent analysis and problem-solving ability.
