Make assembly according to the production schedule 根据生产计划对产品进行装配

Ensure all parts are clean and not damaged before assembly.保证所有零件在装配前干净,无损伤

Assembly the mechanism according to the drawing and instruction根据图纸要求和指导书装配机构

Ensure the assembly of mechanism is correct确保机构装配正确

Ensure no interference during assembly确保机构装配过程中没有任何干涉

Ensure all the threads of the mechanism are lubricated.确保机构的所有螺纹都有润滑

Shoptest the mechanism according to the Vesuvius SGM control sheet and procedure 根据维苏威机构部的控制表和步骤测试机构

Ensure the whole functions of mechanism are correct确保机构所有功能正确

Ensure the whole technical parameters are conform to the control sheet确保机构的所有技术参数符合控制表

Responsible for collecting and saving the whole mechanism files and reports after shoptest 测试完后收集机构的所有文件和报告
