主要职责The main missions of the role are:

解决设备故障进行分析和排除 。Analyze and eliminate unsolved complicated machine malfunction.

参加新增设备的安装调试及验收工作，并做好从试制到投产的衔接(如技术文件、节拍生产、批量试生产等)。Take part in fixing and debugging new machines and acceptance check, linking trial-manufacture up to puting into production successfully (Such as technical documents / production trial / MPT, and so on)

负责编制和维护设备标准化作业单、润滑图表、巡检作业指导书、设备保养作业指导书和设备点检保养。In charge of establishing and maintaining standardization job step for machine, lubrication chart, inspecting standard operation, machine maintenance standard operation and machine-check.

负责公司设备设施维护计划的制定、实施监督并对维护效果进行评估。In charge of establishing maintenance plan for machine and facility at plant, actualizing supervisal and evaluating maintenance effect.

对设备运行中暴露出来的不安全因素，或是为提高生产效率、降低员工的劳动强度及提高产品质量而制定改进措施并督促实施并进行效果评订。Establish measure of improvement for unsafe factors exposing at the time of machine production, or in order to advance production efficiency, reduce workers’ labor intensity and improve quality of production；supervise and urge actualizing；and evaluate the effect.

负责备件安全库存、日常计划的制订和备件国产化改进工作。In charge of stock spare part safely, map out the daily grind, and improve localization of machine spare part.

参与工厂设备改造，排除设备中的故障隐患和不安全因素，降低设备能耗。Take part in rebuilding plant machines, eliminating hidden machine malfunction and unsafe factor, reducing energy-consuming.

对所有设备故障及能耗进行评估和分析，并制定改进措施。Evaluate and analyze for all machine malfunctions and Energy, establish improvement step.

任职资格Qualifications

理想候选人应具备以下The ideal candidate will have/be:

工作经验Experience :

两年以上的设备维护经验 minimum 2 years or above experiences of facility maintenance

技术及能力Skills and competencies

了解设备管理专业知识 Know facility management professionally

辅助技能 Assistant skill：Word 2000，Excel 2000，PowerPoint 2000，Project 2000，AutoCAD ， SIEMENS STEP7 ，SIEMENS WINCC，SIEMENS MicroWIN32，TIA Portal，ABB/Fanuc Robot等

熟悉PPAP、APQP基础知识、了解注塑、包覆、振动摩擦焊焊接、超声波焊接工艺、铣削等工艺；能运用通用图形软件进行结构及加工艺分析，如AutoCAD等. Familiar with the basic knowledge of PPAP and APQP, understand injection molding, cladding, vibration friction welding, ultrasonic welding process, milling and other processes; Able to use general graphics software for structural and process analysis, such as AutoCAD, etc.
