-Carry out all project steps specified in the cooperation with Project Management for product development；

-Documentation of all project activities of product development；

For all development activities, the respective customer specifications have to be considered;

-Teach and coach the implementation and control of project specific development activities within product development for SDS in Changshu;

-Support for acquisition of new development projects in cooperation with the sales department;

-Provide technical customer support for Asian OEMs, presentations and lectures, travel to customers, suppliers, and other OESL locations as required;

-Support of ongoing series products;

-Comply with the requirements of China ESH related laws and regulations

-Comply with the company's ESH related rules and safety regulations, perform ESH duties within the scope of personal job responsibilities, such as ISO14001, ISO45001, and the “Work safety standardized system” related requirements

Qualifications

-Knowledge of function of automotive NVH Components and Systems and used material;

-Knowledge of CAD(Solidworks,CATIA), CAE;

-Problem solving and decision making tools and techniques

-Communication techniques (incl. presentation, change management, negotiation and conflict resolution techniques)

-Project management skills, tools and techniques

-Local language & culture (intercultural sensitivity)

-Intermediate English language skills;
