2、Design the sheet metal process flow according to the product drawings, and guide the production staff to produce；

根据产品图纸设计钣金工艺流程，指导生产人员生产；

3、Evaluate product design from the perspective of production and processing, and assist designers to improve and optimize the design；

从生产加工角度评估产品设计，协助设计人员改进优化设计；

4、According to the product process statistics, tooling, fixture and cutting tool requirements list, organize and archive product drawings and conduct daily drawing management；

根据产品工艺统计工装夹具刀具等需求清单，整理归档产品图纸并进行日常图纸管理；

5、Handle simple maintenance and repair requirements of production equipment；

处理生产设备简单的维护检修需求；

6、Prepare process documents, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, etc;

编制工艺文件，包括作业指导书、工艺流程图等；

7、Collaborate with R&D, production and other departments to ensure smooth mass production of new products.

与研发、生产等部门协作，确保新品顺利量产。

要求：

1. Undergraduate or above, mechanical, electrical engineering, automation, and other related majors；

本科及以上学历，机械，电气工程、自动化等相关专业毕业；

2. Familiar with CAD, solid works is preferred；

熟悉使用CAD，会使用solid works优先；

3. Have experience in sheet metal processing, able to assist designers in calculating and issuing sheet metal unfolded drawings；

有钣金加工经验，能够协助设计人员计算和出具钣金展开图；

4. Able to design sheet metal process and guide production staff to process；

能设计钣金工艺流程并指导生产人员加工；

5. Familiar with simple production equipment maintenance and overhaul skills is preferred。

熟悉简单的生产设备维护与检修技能优先。
