Job Responsibilities:
85 Develop a master plan to connect, coordinate and track all program management activities in line with customer new product launch plan. Define program scope, goals, milestones and deliverables including consumer sample requests, filed test sample request, and *** launch quantity and date.
85 Develop CPS, define project budget, organize cross functional project team, monitor on-going cost, deliver internal and external communication, make sure project SOP (Start of Operation) date meeting target, and complete program successfully within budget.
85 Organize regular project review to track project progress with internal and external stakeholders including international customers. The scope covers technical activities, requirement changes, constraints, trade-off/alternative options and any determinants that may derail the program schedule.
85 Use standardized and proven program management methods/procedures/practices to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and program milestones. Monitor the end to end process from program launch through completion.
Job requirements:
85 Bachelor or above, Engineering background preferred and min 10 years of project management work and need to be working with big brand and oversea customers.
85 MS office software, MS Project, SAP system, Six sigma green belt preferred.
85 Proficient in English, stand up presentation/facilitation skills, project management skill
85 Can work in high load pressure, change driver, ability to turn strategy into executable work plan.
85 Can have flexible mobility, travel in Asia or other countries.
