Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of business strategies for Tier 1 customers in collaboration with product lines and cross-functional teams.
Assist in account and regional planning by gathering customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
Contribute to driving Design-Wins and Design-Ins by supporting demand creation activities for both existing and new product families.
Build foundational relationships with key customers and learn to communicate company's value proposition effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or internships in the automotive or semiconductor industry.
Strong interest in the automotive sector and eagerness to learn about power electronics and semiconductor solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
