职位描述
1.Responsible for Cost Management,Quality Management and Process Management, responsible for the overall project outcome,and familiar with managing and monitoring superintendent's site work;
2.At least 5-10 years' work experiences,associate bachelor or above,major in construction/design/engineering management or related field;
3.Must master the engineering process management,quality management,cost management,engineering fitment and MEP knowledge very well;
4.Communicate and coordinate with government,designer,client,building,supplier and superintendent independently;good troubleshooting skill to ensure the project process;
5.Good command of English,English native speaker is desirable;
6.Strong coordinate skills and Class II project manager certificate holder will be an advantage;
7.Can go around China or overseas for business trip;
8.Foreigners will be well considered,but should be based in Mainland of China.
1、大专以上建筑/室内设计或工程管理等相关专业毕业；
2、熟悉工程相关水/电/风知识，熟悉项目进度、质量、成本等管理流程；
3、4年以上装修项目管理经验，熟悉ms软件；
4、有二级项目经理以上证书者优先考虑；
5、该工作需要同外籍设计师和业主合作，英文好者优先考虑。
