61 Department Business development and implementation of Business Plans
61 Department strategy development including communication and follow-up on Business Plan, Competency plan, Organizational Review.
61 Continuously drive business development including standardizing and improving the development process, tools and platform, code management, release management, as well as security management in development work.
61 Team management including team competence development, new technology adopting, team member coaching, technical task force handling (for difficult technical issue/innovation)
61 Provide support to team members for solution design and implementation for selected customer groups/offerings
61 Participate in major customer and stakeholder engagements – during both pre-sales and delivery phase
任职要求:
Deep knowledge in commercial process and forced digital project.
Experience in consulting solutions for pharmaceutical industry is a must .
Knowledge in project financial management
Soft skill in managing and motivating virtual team Fluent oral or written English communication Good customer relationship management
Have manage team experience
