MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Participate in new project mold concept review, be responsible for mold and machine matching parts confirmation and improvement, control mold mass production, production time, product appearance quality, size and other aspects of improvement and implementation Prepare and develop assembly line machine specifications.
61 Responsible for new project mold trial production, process document making and release (P-FAEM, WI,)
61 Lead SOP project product appearance, size, scrap rate, CT and other issues optimization and improvement.
61 Process parameters safety improvement.
61 Perform other tasks assigned by superior.
61 Perform any other tasks assigned by manager.
61 to reach the PEP target.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Bachelor/master’s degree with Electrical Automation /Mechanical Automation major is a must
LANGUAGES: Good spoken English is a must.
EXPERIENCES:
61 Manufacturing engineer working experience is a must.
61 Automotive lighting experience is preferred.
61 Strong technical skills, good communication, lean production knowledge as must, applied statistics quality and environmental systems.
61 Strong practical operation ability.
