Job Responsibilities:
61 Manage data operations processes to bring in asset-level data on client’s private markets investments into the client environment, including handling of operational and non-routine queries/requests from business users and external information providers
61 Implement sustainable processes and controls to ensure consistent high standards of data quality and governance
61 Investigate and resolve data exceptions and data quality issues. Identify roadblocks in achieving high standards of data quality and design solutions to enable better outcomes.
61 Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure clear and effective communication with all stakeholders regarding data requirements and timelines.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent
61 Complete fluency in written and verbal Mandarin & English language
61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
61 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
61 Strong passion in data governance and management and has ability to work with large volume of data
61 Exposure to financial services industries and or data operation projects, specifically private markets is a huge bonus
61 Possess strong learning agility, self-driven, pro-active, and great sense of purpose to relook on existing data usage
61 Proficiency in MS Office applications. Good command of VBA, SQL, Python and data visualization tool will be a plus
