职位描述

职责描述:
1. Work independently to service probe station, involving: Installations, Training, Repair, Preventative Maintenance, etc.
2. Provide technical assistance, consultation and problem solving to customers as necessary.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction in all aspects of services provided.
4. Follow up on DOA and Hot Account sites to ensure customer issues are accurately and timely communicated to the required party, solution developed and eventually solved.
5. Share experience and best practice of product services and applications with colleagues. Contribute to knowledge base to allow continued improvement of work efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Effectively communicate competitive information and additional sales opportunities to Sales teams
7. Actively participate company projects to improve work quality and effectiveness.
任职要求:
1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree,Major In Microelectronics or Electronic Engineering
2. Can bear hardships and stand hard work, interested in electronic product maintenance and repair, like to solve problems
3. Interested in circuit analysis, able to disassemble and assemble by hand, interested to replace components by solder station.
4. Willing to travel to customer site provide onsite technical support.
5. Other: Can communicate with customer and have strong responsibility, team player.
