dependencies and prioritize features based on business need.

* Prioritize the User stories / features / defect fixes in the product backlog

* Support Scrum Master to resolve scrum team’s impediment related to Product

backlog items

* Provide project updates to leadership in review meetings etc.

* Budget & resource planning.

* Be a point of contact for China Business and Wuxi leadership for any

requirement related to Connected Solutions.

EXPERIENCE: As this is a temporary role (acting) so no requirements other than

knowledge of Product

SKILLS: Only must haves are bolded for this temporary role rest are good to

have

* Basic knowledge of Agile process and scrum best practice.

* Proficient in Project management. (Must have)

* Good people leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross

functional, locational, and cultural teams.

* Strong communication skills to articulate views/thoughts with internal

resources, partners or customers. (Must have)

* Ability to interface with global stakeholders, technology partners and

customers.

* Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with technical and

non-technical stakeholders.

* Technical acumen in order to gain credibility amongst key stakeholders.

* Strategic thinking and ability to create product roadmap and product vision

/strategy

* Good knowledge of Mobile / Web Application Development

* Good knowledge of Cloud Technology

EDUCATION BACKGROUND:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the area of Computer science or Information

Technology.
