POSITION SUMMARY:
The position is required to manage retail shops in Shanghai, mainly responsible for on-site operation, and constantly enhance store performance & staff productivity.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
1. Assist Retail Manager in stores operations and a good team player to set the high standard in the sales operation team.
2. Manage stores inventory in a rational manner.
3. Lead the sales force to achieve the sales budget.
4. Minimize the staff turnover and retain the talent in the store level.
5. Cooperate with other area supervisors and team members to maximize the productivity.
6. Cooperate with other depts. in all retail related matters
7. Maintain the healthy relationship with the landlords/property management to protect the best interest of the company.
KEY COMPETENCIES
1. Able to work under pressure and independently.
2. Strong fashion sense, passionate about Fashion trend
3. Has the leadership and strong logicality
4. Have relevant work experience
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
* At least 8 years’ experience in retail apparel, minimum 3 years Area Manager Experience
Skills:
* Strong communication skills internal and external.
* Computer Skills
* Sales driven
* Out-going personality with strong team work spirit
* Good English
Education: Diploma, or University graduate in Fashion or related majors
