1. Computer software: Perform the tasks of implementation and maintenance of computer applications or systems

2. Computer Hardware: Install and configure hardware (computers and peripherals) and perform maintenance and upgrade tasks. Troubleshoot problems that may arise during the process. Carry out the management of the purchase of the same.

3. User services: Attend and respond to problems, changes and improvements requested by users. Collaborate in their training.

4. Continuous improvement: Propose new procedures that improve the existing ones.

5. Committees: Lead and/or actively participate in improvement and/or problem solving meetings as well as in the Committees deemed appropriate.
