Sr. Metallurgical Engineer

2.Plan & Execute evaluation of new materials.

3.Understand chemical and physical reactions of materials, how they behave in different conditions in hot/cold environment and when it is put under stress.

4.Investigate the strengths and weakness of the materials.

5.Liaise with PM/PE/RD/ Customers to determine suitable materials that meets customer and product/package design requirement.

6.Provide advice about suitability of materials for different purposes.

7.Create precise BOM selection for packages.

8.Investigate and provide solutions to manufacturing problems relating to materials.

任职要求：

1. Master degree, major in Metallurgical Engineering or Material Science.

2. Three years in Metallurgical Engineering Working experience in semiconductor industry is preferred.

3. Knowledge & skills in materials phase diagram, characteristics and properties, Understand the formation of intermetallic compound.

4. Understand the/ Familiar with physical and chemical properties of materials with alloy - used in semiconductor industry.

5. Knowledge in materials stress, strain/ reactions to thermo-mechanical stresses.
