Responsibilities:
- Manages and supervises the Sales Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Envisions entrepreneurial innovations, aimed to bottom line improvement by developing the org unit and its services
- Designs and leads global initiatives with regard to Sales Management
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Sales Management
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Disciplinary accountability for Sales Management on Country Level
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Sales
- Very good English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- At least 8 years of experience in sales function in automotive industry
- Experience in Account Development/customer relationship management/competitive analysis/business acumen/marketing and sales strategies
- Strong skills in Planning/Data Analysis/Contract Analysis/Presentation/Cost benefit analysis
- Excellent MS office skills
- Willingness for Travel
