现场领导团队合作制定精益部署战略

? Regular lean production meetings, follow up and supervise the progress of Lean Project & production efficiency improvement

定期精益生产会议，跟进和监督精益项目进展 、提高生产效率

? Ability to audit production areas, identify non-compliance to requirements, and develop/oversee action plans for corrective action.

? 能够审核生产领域，确定不符合要求，并制定/监督纠正措施的行动计划。

? Responsible for the formulation, implementation, validation and standardization of the action plan and communicate with HQ

负责行动计划的制定，实施，验证和标准化 并及时跟总部沟通汇报。

? Regular CIP and 5S meeting follow up

定期的CIP和5S会议项目识别，注册，跟踪和财务实现/验证等

? Identification and Analyze VSM of each segment to set up the lean improvements team with team member

识别和分析每个部门的VSM，以与团队成员一起建立精益改进团队

? Regular Layout updated and report to HQ

定期更新工厂布局并提交给总部

? Escalates problems that can not be solved directly by him / her in accordance with the internal procedures of escalation

根据升级内部程序升级无法直接解决的问题.

? Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

完成上级委派的其他工作

岗位要求：

? Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Industrial engineering or automatic control major

机械或工业工程或自动控制专业本科以上学历

? At least 3 year in the Lean position

? 至少3年精益生产领域

? Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

? Good at English Listening& Speaking &Writing
