客户经理 Account Manager

Job Description 职位描述:

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Account Manager to maintain and expand our key distributor & OEM customer base overseas. You’ll work directly with production, logistics, and marketing to provide full-cycle customer support and ensure long-term cooperation.

我们正在寻找一位可靠且注重细节的客户经理（Account Manager），负责维护并拓展我们在海外的核心经销商和OEM客户群。您将与生产、物流和市场团队直接协作，提供全流程客户支持，确保长期稳定的合作关系。

工作职责 / Key Responsibilities：

1、接手意向客户，负责报价、谈判与合同签署；

Take over qualified leads and manage quotations, negotiations, and contract closure

2、提供OEM/ODM方案并协同研发推进需求澄清；

Offer OEM/ODM proposals and coordinate with R&D for requirement clarification

3、跟进订单执行、客户回款、售后协调等全过程；

Oversee full order cycle including execution, payment, and after-sales support

4、管理客户生命周期，挖掘复购与深度合作机会；

Manage customer lifecycle and explore repurchase/cross-sell potential

任职要求 / Requirements：

1、本科及以上学历，国际贸易、物流或工科专业优先；

Bachelor’s degree or above in international business, logistics, or engineering.

2、两年以上外贸客户服务经验；

2+ years of account servicing experience in foreign trade.

3、英语书面及口语流利，熟悉国际客户沟通；

Excellent English in writing and speaking, familiar with international communication.

4、有B2B外贸经验，熟悉报价体系和出口流程；

B2B export experience, familiar with pricing and export procedures

5、有客户管理意识，数据记录与反馈清晰规范；

Strong customer ownership and CRM management habits

6、有责任心，执行力强，注重细节；

Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up execution, detail-oriented.

7、熟悉ERP、CRM系统与Excel操作；

Familiarity with ERP, CRM, Excel.

薪资：底薪8~15k/月 + 绩效奖 + 年终奖
